Shipping to France and Germany
We ship only to France and Germany from Seoul, South Korea, with Korea Post Parcel. Shipping charges below are in euros (EUR) and depend on the total shipment weight, including packaging. No shipping is available above 9 kg.

Preparation and transit
Preparation takes 3 business days, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch and does not include preparation. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import charges unless expressly included in the checkout total. Check the amount and currency displayed at checkout before paying.
Returns to Seoul, South Korea
Returns are sent to Seoul, South Korea. Contact hello@koreabathhouse.com before sending anything to receive the exact return address and instructions. The Singapore registered contact address is not the return address. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay international return postage to South Korea; the cost varies with the carrier, parcel weight and service and may be higher than domestic postage. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover agreed return postage after you contact us. No restocking fee applies.
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging unless defective. Opened hygiene items are subject to the Refund Policy restrictions. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt and inspection. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
