Choose bath products by their stated use, ingredients and directions. Exfoliation is optional, and the same routine does not suit every skin type.
Exfoliating gloves and body care
How firmly should I use a bath glove?
Follow the instructions for your particular tool. Begin gently; redness or visible rolled skin is not a goal. Avoid broken, sunburned or irritated skin, and stop if use causes discomfort.
How often should I exfoliate?
There is no universal weekly schedule. Frequency depends on skin type and the method. Some people should avoid mechanical exfoliation; ask a dermatologist if you are unsure.
Can I use body soap, oil or a bath glove on my face?
Use a product on the face only if its directions identify that use. A product intended for the body should not automatically be used on facial skin. Compare the ingredients and materials of each item.
Is an exfoliating glove the same as an Italy towel?
Check its stated material and intended use. Our currently listed Purelevy soap-and-glove set does not establish that the glove is a standalone viscose Italy towel. Read the Italy towel guide for the distinction.
How should I care for a glove or towel?
Follow the care label. Rinse and dry a reusable tool as directed, and let it dry between uses. Replace an item that is damaged or cannot be cleaned adequately. Do not assume every textile can be washed at the same temperature.
What about children, pregnancy or an existing skin condition?
Check age restrictions and precautions on the particular product. If its suitability is unclear, ask an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Ordering and delivery
Shipping to France and Germany
We ship only to France and Germany from Seoul, South Korea, with Korea Post Parcel. Shipping charges below are in euros (EUR) and depend on the total shipment weight, including packaging. No shipping is available above 9 kg.

Preparation and transit
Preparation takes 3 business days, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch and does not include preparation. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import charges unless expressly included in the checkout total. Check the amount and currency displayed at checkout before paying.
Returns to Seoul, South Korea
Returns are sent to Seoul, South Korea. Contact hello@koreabathhouse.com before sending anything to receive the exact return address and instructions. The Singapore registered contact address is not the return address. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay international return postage to South Korea; the cost varies with the carrier, parcel weight and service and may be higher than domestic postage. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover agreed return postage after you contact us. No restocking fee applies.

Can I return an opened product?
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and the reason for the return. Opened hygiene products are subject to restrictions, while defective items and mandatory consumer rights are addressed separately. Read the Refund Policy and contact us before sending anything back.
How do I check an ingredient or pack size?
Contact Korea Bath House with the product link, variant and detail you want confirmed. We will help identify the information for that specific item.
